Art is life enhancing, enjoyable and rewarding. New Lights hopes to inspire people from all walks of life to actively engage in art, either by learning to create art or to enjoy viewing and learning about art.

There are three strands to New Lights' Art for All programme:
• A series of workshops for community groups
• Viewing sessions of New Lights exhibition for invited community groups
• A public lecture on contemporary art
